PLANNING CENTER (PCO)

Planning Center Online (PCO) is our main services platform, providing rostering tools for all areas of Creative, service overviews and song resources including tutorial tracks for all instruments. PCO is easy to use yet is VERY detailed in its planning tools. The more we as a team learn to use all its ins-and-outs (like blockout dates, etc), the better and smoother our planning for services becomes.

 PCO Etiquette

• Always respond within a week of the request

• Always provide a reason for your decline

• Use the "Blockout Date" feature if you know you're going to be not available. Preferably as far out in advance as you know.

• If you can't accept a regularly scheduled request, find a replacement for yourself
