A large part of who we are as a team is not seeing ourselves as an organization of servants but instead, realizing our identity as a family of sons and daughters of the house. The idea of sonship of the house is shown clearly through three areas we're constantly working on in ourselves and with our leaders. For each of the three areas, there's an on-stage and off-stage side of the coin. Here are some self-assessment questions to reflect on our sonship:

On-Stage
Chemistry With Each Other
Am I prioritizing attending the team nights and development nights that the team is providing to build relationships and chemistry?
Do I feel musically connected with the other team members at my campus?
Is the amount of times I’m serving each month conducive to building musical chemistry with my campus’s team?
Off-Stage
With Our Father God
Do I make room and put aside time daily for the Father to speak to me and me to speak to Him?
What has the Holy Spirit been revealing to me lately?
What miracles or breakthroughs am I believing for for myself and my family?

On-Stage
Excellence
How much time throughout the week am I giving myself to learn the songs/parts for an upcoming service?
How can I help my team directly to get tighter as a unified group on the platform?
Off-Stage
Always Leading
Do my actions represent a leader and representative of the church?
Am I coming to church on-time and ready to worship every Sunday and every Wednesday even when I’m not rostered?

On-Stage
Reflection
Am I reflecting heaven when I’m on stage?
Am I worshipping with the authority and boldness I have in Christ?
When I get up on the platform, is breakthrough happening for people through worship?
Off-Stage
Heart Health
If there was no Bible, and people only had me as a representation of who God is, what would they say who God is after seeing how I live, think, and act in my life?
Do I have a person or couple that’s regularly speaking into my life and discipling me?
Take an inventory of the things that are in my heart. How do I view the relationships and circumstances in my life through those mindsets?
